For now, these workshops will take place online.

Prior to attending, attendees will be posted a pack which will provide the necessary materials, resources and equipment needed to get the most out of the session, to promote group participation and to absorb the full experience.

Lucy McGroarty
Our expertise

KinderWorks is proud to have a team of dedicated experts in their field, led by our Head Workshop Facilitator, Lucy McGroarty.

Lucy has run her own successful counselling practice for many years specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – currently one of the most effective treatments for treating anxiety and stress and has been applying this approach with Senior Leadership Teams proving transformative results.

Drawing on her skills and experience as a therapist and having a particular interest in human behaviour and relationships, Lucy has designed and facilitated workshops unique to KinderWorks, focusing on productivity and wellbeing in the workplace.

Keen to always think outside of the box, Lucy moves away from a ‘one size fits all’ approach and conducts a bespoke experience through the use of creativity, psychoeducation and helping participants identify the internal tools they possess in order to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

”I maintain a firm belief that each one of us holds internally the resources needed to establish positive relationships, to reach our goals and to manage stress effectively. I have felt privileged to have worked with many people who have felt overwhelmed, out of control and without direction in their lives but have succeeded in challenging perspective and made the significant steps needed to experience a more positive mindset. In the UK, the average adult spends a third of their day at work and therefore it is imperative that we focus on wellbeing, happiness and relationships in order to enhance productivity, healthy bodies and committed teams in the workplace. I look forward to watching the positive impact KinderWorks is going to have on businesses throughout the world.”
