My line manager isn’t focused on my career progression

So many people feel threatened because they think if people ‘underneath’ them are doing well, it somehow means they will be overlooked themselves. I find it’s good to form a good bond and healthy working relationship with your line manager and let them know you want to work with them to further yourself, which will in turn, further them 🙂
