Hi Anosh, great question! It’s lovely to hear that you want your team to feel more comfortable at work. Perhaps a great start would be a quick survey amongst your team to get the insights from them? Then you can see any common suggestions, and work from there. Another idea which I think always works well is to make sure you have a breakout area (if space allows) – such as a sofa or bean bag area for people to take a break from their desks, have a coffee with a colleague etc. If you don’t have space, encouraging walking meetings/breaks, down the street or local park – get some fresh air, stretch your legs while being productive or just catching up 😊
