I don’t feel like I can talk to my employer about it and I feel it’s gotten worse over lockdown
I would recommend to be 100% honest and open up to your manager. It’s important they know how you are feeling so that you can receive the right support.
It’s not a vulnerability to feel anxious, we are all human and more people thank you can imagine experiance it. The right employee will support you through it.
There are some great apps that I use to feel calmer when I’m feeling stress from work. Or sometimes you just need to get outside and get some air… go for a walk and clear your mind
